NO2 fission is regarded to be the most important initial decomposition process of 2,4,6,8,10,12-hexanitro-2,4,6,8,10,12-hexaazaisowurtzitane (CL-20). In this study, four CL-20 conformers based on the ε-CL-20 were obtained after the optimization at m062x/cc-pvtz level, and the bond length, bond order and bond dissociation energy of the N-N bonds were examined to investigate the stability of these bonds. In addition, the rate constants and activation energy of the NO2 fission were evaluated using the microcanonical variational transition state theory (μVT). The calculation results have shown that N-N bonds in the case of pseudo-equatorial and axial of nitro groups are the most stable and the least stable, respectively, by evaluating the bond length, bond order and minimum energy path (MEP). The NO2 fission rate constants are affected by not only the stability of N-N bonds but also the repulsion forces from the other nitro groups, and the fission process for pseudo-equatorial positioning of nitro groups is easier to be accelerated due to the increase of the repulsion forces. The decomposition of CL-20 conformer may mainly originate from the fission of the pseudo-equatorial positioning of nitro groups, especially for CL-20 III conformer because of the significant low activation energy. 相似文献

Circulating tumor cells (CTCs) are crucial to tumor metastasis, and they usually undergo epithelial–
mesenchymal transition (EMT) in order to disseminate from the primary tumor. However, very little is currently
known about the relationship between EMT and malignant phenotypes of CTCs in the context of gastric cancer.
Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the contribution of EMT to malignant phenotypes of CTCs derived from
gastric cancer cells. We xenografted MKN28 gastric cancer cells pretreated with transforming growth factor-beta 1
(TGFβ-1) into nude mice by intravenous injection. Next, we isolated CTCs from the blood of nude mice by gradient
centrifugation and found that CTCs derived from MKN28 cells pretreated with TGFβ-1 had a significantly increased
viability and invasion ability compared to MKN28 cells without TGFβ-1 treatment. Immunocytochemical staining
showed lower expression of E-cadherin and higher expression of N-cadherin, vimentin, and β-catenin in CTCs derived
from MKN28 cells pretreated with TGFβ-1. Furthermore, the expression of Wnt3a, β-catenin, cyclin D1, and c-Myc
was significantly higher in CTCs derived from MKN28 cells pretreated with TGFβ-1. Taken together, these findings
suggest that TGFβ promotes EMT and malignant phenotypes of gastric cancer cells. Furthermore, the malignant
phenotypes of gastric cancer cells induced by TGFβ are maintained in CTCs derived from these cells. Targeting EMT in

The environmental performance of 316L grade stainless steel, in the form of tensile specimens containing a single corrosion pit with various aspect ratios, under cyclic loading in aerated chloride solutions is investigated in this study. Results from environmental tests were compared and contrasted with those obtained using finite element analysis (FEA). Fractography of the failed specimens obtained from experiments revealed that fatigue crack initiation took place at the base of the shallow pit. The crack initiation shifted towards the shoulder and the mouth of the pit for pits of increasing depth. This process is well predicted by FEA, as the strain contour maps show that strain is the highest around the centric strip of the pit. However, for shallow pits, local strain is uniformly distributed around that strip but begins to concentrate more towards the shoulder and the mouth region for increasingly deep pits. 相似文献

AbstractDifferent drying methods (spray drying (SD), vacuum drying (VD), microwave vacuum drying (MVD), and infrared vacuum drying (IFVD)) were applied in order to compare the hygroscopicity behavior of chicken powders. The hygroscopicity curves and glass transition temperature were used to evaluate the influence of ambient humidity and temperature on moisture absorption of powders. The results showed that the chicken powder dried by MVD had the lowest moisture absorption, followed by IFVD, VD, and SD. The hygroscopicity of SD chicken powders was different from other three kinds of chicken powders due to the physical properties of particles and the changes of protein secondary structure as detected by the Fourier transform-infrared spectrometer. For the three vacuum drying methods, the difference of protein secondary structure was the main reason of differences in hygroscopicity. Although MVD chicken powders were slightly inferior to SD chicken powders in taste, MVD chicken powders were the best in terms of smell and color as suggested by instrumental sensory parameter evaluations. It was found that MVD had a positive effect on reducing moisture absorption and maintaining sensory quality of chicken powders. 相似文献

Lead-free (K0.5Na0.5)NbO3-based (KNN) piezoceramics featuring a polymorphic phase boundary (PPB) between the orthorhombic and tetragonal phases at room temperature are reported to possess high piezoelectric properties but with inferior cycling stability, while the ceramics with a single tetragonal phase show improved cycling stability but with lower piezoelectric coefficients. In this work, electric biasing in-situ transmission electron microscopy (TEM) study is conducted on two KNN-based compositions, which are respectively at and off PPB. Our observations reveal the distinctive domain responses in these two ceramics under cyclic fields. The higher domain wall density in the poled KNN at PPB contributes to the high piezoelectric properties. Upon cycling, however, a new microstructure feature, “domain intersection”, is directly observed in this PPB composition. In comparison, the off-PPB KNN ceramic develops large domains during poling, which experience much less extent of disruption during cycling. Tailoring phase transition and microstructural evolution during sintering is crucial for the fabrication of ZnS ceramics transparent to infrared (IR) radiation. Herein, we have described the phase transition, microstructure, and related IR transmission of spark-plasma-sintered ZnS ceramics in terms of sintering temperature and pressure. The pore characteristics of spark-plasma-sintered ZnS ceramics were evaluated using Mie scattering theory. Changes in hexagonality and residual pore characteristics of the microstructure affected IR transmission of the sintered specimens. High temperature and pressure condition of SPS were found to increase excessive hexagonal phase (>20%), mainly contributing to a transmittance decay in the range 2–4 μm. 相似文献

In this work, 0.2 wt.% Mn-doped (1-x)AgNbO3-xBi0.5Na0.5TiO3 (x = 0.00–0.04) ceramics were synthesized via solid state reaction method in flowing oxygen. The evolution of microstructure, phase transition and energy storage properties were investigated to evaluate the potential as high energy storage capacitors. Relaxor ferroelectric Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3 was introduced to stabilize the antiferroelectric state through modulating the M1-M2 phase transition. Enhanced energy storage performance was achieved for the 3 mol% Bi0.5Na0.5TiO3 doped AgNbO3 ceramic with high recoverable energy density of 3.4 J/cm3 and energy efficiency of 62% under an applied field of 220 kV/cm. The improved energy storage performance can be attributed to the stabilized antiferroelectricity and decreased electrical hysteresis ΔE. In addition, the ceramics also displayed excellent thermal stability with low energy density variation (<6%) over a wide temperature range of 20−80 °C. These results indicate that Mn-doped (1-x)AgNbO3-xBi0.5Na0.5TiO3 ceramics are highly efficient lead-free antiferroelectric materials for potential application in high energy storage capacitors. 相似文献

铁素体钢在低温条件下存在明显的韧脆转变现象。为防止脆断事故的发生,需要确定铁素体钢制压力容器的最低使用温度。针对ASME中的A^D四条冲击豁免曲线,对应地选取了4种材料,基于材料实际的屈服强度和参考温度,按照ASME中豁免曲线的计算方法,计算得到4种材料的最低设计金属温度曲线,并与对应的A^D曲线对比,定量地分析ASME中豁免曲线的保守性。结果表明,ASME中的豁免曲线相对于材料自身的最低设计金属温度曲线保守性较大;韧性相近的材料被划分到不同的豁免曲线,使得韧性富裕量差异较大,对于某些材料,其断裂韧性被低估。 相似文献

This review is on the effects of elemental substitutions at the Tl-site of TlSr2CaCu2O7 (Tl-1212) superconductor. The objective of this paper was to determine the elements that enhance or suppress the superconducting transition temperature, Tc of (Tl1-xMx)Sr2CaCu2O7 phase. The elements included in this review were M = Pb, Bi, Cr, V, Re, Zr, In, Er, Gd, Na, K, Rb and Se. The relations between transition temperature and the ionic radius, coordination number, valence state and optimization of the hole concentration of the selected elements were studied. The preparation methods, sintering temperature, Tl-1212 phase and structural stability were also discussed. All alkali metals (K, Na and Rb) suppressed the transition temperature of the Tl-1212 phase. The transition temperature generally decreased linearly with ionic radius except for Cr which showed the highest Tc although its ionic radius is smaller. 相似文献

Quadrature spatial modulation (QSM) utilizes the in‐phase and quadrature spatial dimensions to transmit the real and imaginary parts of a single signal symbol, respectively. The improved QSM (IQSM) transmits two signal symbols per channel use through a combination of two antennas for each of the real and imaginary parts. The main contributions of this study can be summarized as follows. First, we derive an upper bound for the error performance of the IQSM. We then design constellation sets that minimize the error performance of the IQSM for several system configurations. Second, we propose a double QSM (DQSM) that transmits the real and imaginary parts of two signal symbols through any available transmit antennas. Finally, we propose a parallel IQSM (PIQSM) that splits the antenna set into equal subsets and performs IQSM within each subset using the same two signal symbols. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed constellations significantly outperform conventional constellations. Additionally, DQSM and PIQSM provide a performance similar to that of IQSM while requiring a smaller number of transmit antennas and outperform IQSM with the same number of transmit antennas. 相似文献
